HBO's Hung leaves us Hanging on for More

HBO’s Hung debuted this past sunday with many high hopes. I believe it started out well but left us hanging just a lil bit. So it was a good first episode but not a great one. It didn’t have the same punch that True Blood gave us a couple of weeks ago. Nor did it have the same umph that Nurse Jackie brought when it premiered. Da Juice: Hargitay & Meloni Ink Out Season 11

Chris Meloni and Mariska Hargitay say yes to season 11. There were some ongoing squabbles about how the money was to be distributed to them. It happens but I’m glad they worked it out. They say it’s for next year and an option for another. So we at least have them for one more season. And they have Christine Lahti joining the cast next year as well to make it, I’m sure, very interesting. Read more…

SuperStar Pitchmen Billy Mays dies of Heart Failure

Last week was very hard for hollywood with the passing away of 3 great stars. So it’s hard to write this about pitchman Billy Mays who has passed away suddenly of heart failure. He apparently didn’t know about his heart disease according to the medical examiner. He’s survived by his wife, 3 year-old daughter and adult stepson. Read more…

Michael Jackson Dead at 50

Michael Jackson dies today at age 50. He was found in his Holmby Hills home unofficially from a heart attack. Paramedics tried but were unable to revive him. It’s been a sad, sad day if not the week. 3 icons have now passed on. This may be the biggest shock of all. There’s not much more to go on at this time but a news conference is going to take place shortly. Read more…
