Who We Are

We love to watch TV. We get all into it. From the early production of the show to the writing of the script and all the effort that goes into it. Then we appreciate how the casts take the story and creates pure magic with it. When a great show puts all the pieces together it’s like a work of art. And we love to peer our eyes to the tube to these masterpieces each and every week.  So I guess you can say we have a srong passion for this industry and hopefully it shows. We have fun with it and keep our readers engaged in our coolness! So that’s who we are.

Who We Aren’t

We are not the overly do it types that try desperately to do some extra to get your attention. We are not the shock jock type of critics that cuss it up like sailors. We like to keep this a family site if you don’t mind. We’re like PG-13. And were not the super mean dudes who shout uncontrollably and litter their articles with exclaimation points for apparently no reason.  Nah…that’s not who we are. We might have our moments though!

What We Do

What we do boils down to 3 things: We Do Cool Reviews If it ain’t cool, then it ain’t going on this site.  We don’t write journalistic or newspaperish. That’s not what we’re about at all.  Don’t get us wrong, we can form sentences that are fluid and sensible, but this is a blog and we write how we talk and feel. We cater to the cool crowd. If you’re stuffy and you know it then our site is not for you…and that’s ok. We like to keep things fairly entertaining and we feel that we do a good job of that. We Do Weekly Events We do several events each week. The most prominent is our Epie of the Week Award on sunday nights that award the best TV episode each and every week. Versus. Thursday night we pit one show against another to see which one is better. They duke it out on this main event as they are judged on different categories and styles.  New 2 U. This event is posted on Saturday Nights. It rates the top 20 best new episodes to watch for the upcoming week. We also are looking to create more events in the future and encourage all ideas and suggestions. We Do Prizes Our aim is to run as many contests or giveaway as many prizes to our readers. Some will be announced and some will be surprise stuff that will always keeps our readers engaged.

What We Don’t Do

We Don’t Do Boring. Again we like the cool thing and try to keep our posts short and sweet. If we can’t get our point across in 5 paragraphs or less then we usually don’t post it. There are exceptions of course for some articles when necessary.  We Don’t Major in Everything… TV Tech. If you like TV Tech, that’s not us. Now we dig TV Technology (we have a TV Tech Category) and will allow articles whenever they’re handed to us or when we can allocate time for it. Gossip. We try our best not to do the TMZ or the Insider thing although they are great at what they do. We won’t try to compete with them. We do Da Juice that sometimes gets into some gossip but it has to be undeniably juicy stuff (if you know what we mean). Daytime. Although we would like to get to a point where we are covering more daytime, we set our sites mostly on prime time for now. We Don’t Do Spoilers  much. There has been times when we had to flash the “Spoiler Alert“, but we normally try to leave that to our TV Blog buddies. It’s like this…Most people don’t like someone telling them what’s gonna happen in a particular movie before they see it. Well it’s the same thing with TV. Why write something that most people don’t want to read till they see the show themselves.  Seems silly but if you like that then there are plenty of places to find that elsewhere. Besides it’s a headache to incorporate into the reviews anyway(hmmm…could that be the real reason?).
